Company Information Blue Ribbon Home Warranty, Inc. has been the only locally owned and operated home warranty company in the state of Colorado since its founding in 1985. We only cover properties within the State of Colorado. We were the first in the world to cover roof leaks, and the only home warranty company to offer a complimentary pre-inspection for property sellers and homeowners (not selling). We take pride in our knowledge and most of all, our customer service. Blue Ribbon coverage is fourteen (14) months of protection for the price of 12 - that's two months free! We have four (4) warranty plans and two (2) upgrade plans to choose from. We also offer two (2) years at a discounted price and for properties that are a new build, four (4) or ten (10) years of warranty coverage protection. We have continued to be a leader and innovator in the industry, quality customer service, and a knowledgeable staff to serve you. We set high standards and our warranty plans are the best defense against costly service repairs and/or replacement of your mechanical systems and appliances. After you enroll, we'll be there when you need us. Our warranty plan holders are really buying a promise from us - that we'll be here to send a service contractor out as soon as possible, pay the bill for covered repairs and/or replacements, and to ensure the highest quality of service is always achieved. That's why Blue Ribbon focuses on what really matters in the long term, affordable coverage, customer service, integrity and knowledge of home systems and appliances. Our coverage is offered for new and existing properties regardless of the age of the home, systems or appliances, and is transferable to the new owners if your sell your property.

Customer Service Testimonials I just wanted to comment on the outstanding service I received from Blue Ribbon today. I have had BRHW for about 5 years now and every time I have an issue they are always prompt to resolve it. Today was no different, I came home last night to a flooded garage, from an overflowing water heater. I called BRHW and the next morning they had someone out to take care of the problem. When it came to replacing the water heater the contactor called for approval and installed it immediately, and filled it up, and hauled the old one away. I now have hot water again with no out of pocket costs. thank you so much Blue Ribbon for all you do. I will never let my contract expire with service like this. Anthony W. wife and I recently purchased a home in Heritage West. The selling agent had
purchased a home warranty as part of the listing, and we have found Blue
Ribbon to be exceptional in every sense. Within seven days of purchasing the
home, the furnace went out and I couldn't get it re-lit. I called Blue
Ribbon and they had a service tech out immediately. It turns out that the
burner set was incorrect for the furnace model, creating a serious safety
issue. Blue Ribbon contributed $1100 towards the purchase of a new furnace.
I couldn't have been happier. Within three days of that occurrence, the Sub
Zero refrigerator quit working. They ended up putting in a new compressor to
the tune of $700. Then the Kitchen Aid dishwasher broke, and at the same
time, the clothes washer quit draining. Again, Blue Ribbon came to the
rescue. Most recently the Kitchen Aid in-wall microwave/convection oven had
a problem. They had a tech out immediately, and the magnetron was replaced.
All of these events happened within 5 months of purchasing the house, and
Blue Ribbon never batted an eye, they just delivered everything they said

backing up yesterday. I called first thing this morning, and had a plumber
here at 3p.m. Professional, pleasant, competent, my drain was cleared, worn out

Recently, the garage door opener failed and Gregor Garage Door performed a replacement. Their service, communication, thorough inspection and adjustment of our existing door was professional and complete in every way, even including a follow-up phone call and return visit when minor adjustments were required. Again, your contractors and system performed above my expectations and provided ongoing evidence that my trust and faith in your service is well-placed. Rick Y. I have worked with Blue Ribbon about 4 years now. They are so good, I have their warranty on more than one property. WOW! They are awesome. Tim in Service is outstanding. As an example, we had a furnace go out on Saturday 2/14 at 5PM. We called Blue Ribbon and no kidding they had a technician over there by 8PM who got the heater working right away. Jodi Rae R - Realtor. Once again, it is my pleasure to commend the service persons you contract with. I received superior service from "Mike" a month or so ago, when the thermostat on my boiler was stuck. I had made my appt. for the wrong date! He went out of his way to make room for me in his schedule, and fixed the problem. Then, the garbage disposal quit. Monday is the only day I can be at home, and even though Ed had a full schedule, he came and fixed the disposal at 5:45 p.m.! I'm sure he'd have rather been home, but he was pleasant, efficient, and, the job is well done. I hope I don't have to contact you again, except to renew my warranty...LOL. On April 23, 2008 we receive a call from a customer and he asked to
speak to a Supervisor. Mr. O'ldani took the call and Paul said he
wanted to let us know what a fantastic job we did. He called
yesterday, April 23rd with a pilot out on his water
heater. Within 2 hours, he had not only been contacted, but Carlson
Services had already been there, diagnosed the problem and repaired it.
He said it was fantastic. The two young men were very nice and
knowledgeable and solved it straightaway.

I would really like to have the telephone number of the biggest, highest Head Honcho that you can give me or at where you work... now this is not a complaint call, it's not the run of the mill, "gee, you are nice guys". knowledge of household problems is just Great! He has walked me thru any

Diane R. S. It's taken me a while to get this letter to you, but I could not forget how much I wanted to comment to you on the excellent customer service I received from Hilary. I am new to Colorado as a whole, but the move here from California enabled me to buy my first ever home. Having never been a stranger in a strange land when it came to get help for repairs, but Hilary not only walked me through the process, she even took the extra time to make sure everything was okay afterward. Moreover, as often happens, I did not hear from the repairman right away and so I naturally called Hilary again for my status. With every call, she remained calm, friendly, professional and helpful. While my own anxiety to effectuate repairs did not rise to the level of screaming my frustration at the person on the other end of the phone, I realize the potential for such incidents in here profession are always there, yet there was never a hint of exasperation in her voice when she addressed me and my concerns.
